Jockey Club "age at home" Gerontech Education and Rental Service Centre is now holding Mini-Exhibition: “Bringing a Win-Win Future for Caregivers and Parkinson’s Patients”. During the mini-exhibition, the Centre will present a series of activities for Parkinson’s Disease patients and caregivers:

“Walk with Parkinson’s” Theatre
2 short videos document the challenges for the patients and caregivers under different environments and how their conditions are improved with gerontechnology.

“Parkinson’s Home” Experience Zone
Visitors can immerse themselves in the Zone to experience the features and functions of gerontechnology. By visiting the Area, visitors will have better understanding of how gerontechnology improve the quality of life for both Parkinson’s Disease patients and their caregivers.

“Care For Parkinson’s-pedia” Zone
Visitors can learn how to take care of the Parkinson’s Disease patients and their challenges at the Zone with the “Skill Cards”. With the cards, visitors can also learn suitable gerontechnology that helps with the conditions.

Caregiver Cheer Zone
Visitors can draw a memo with encouraging message for the caregivers from the Gacha machine. They can stick it to the poster to spread the support or take it away as a self-help reminder.
